Got your message- good luck with initiative with city. We don't actually sell this equipment. It was something we pulled together for state of california when we had power crisis- way too expensive per Kw for regular power needs, even more expensive (and dirty) than most peakers. We did it mostly to test emission control devices for locomotives. I wish you the best of luck!

Now see, with hobo wheels, you can fuel them with almost any edible substance, and the emissions can be collected and burned in a gas turbine generator.
By the way, do you at least tell the people that you correspond with that you're going to post their replies on an internet forum?

I like the "hobo wheel" concept....but there are a few problems......motivation, for one. Unless you have a police officer or K9 unit chasing them, you'd have to prod them with a stick (or cattle prod) to move. Work stoppages would be another.....anytime a cigarette butt was tossed on the ground nearby they'd hop off the wheel to collect it, as well as any recyclable cans or loose change.

Ah, but one could install grills on the sides of the wheels to prevent "hobo leakage". I call the grills "hobo deflectors." The grills come equipped with a trap door for actuating an optional motivator unit (aka hungry tiger).
