I'd like to invite everyone to the Central Oregon & Pacific Railroad (CORP) live audio stream, now available 24/7 and hosted by the kind folks at railroadradio.net.

or...

From the reciever's location above Reedsport, OR you'll be able to hear the entire CORP Coos Bay Subdivision, and the Roseburg Sub from Eugene to Glendale, OR. You'll also be able to hear occasional UP and Portland & Western traffic from the Eugene, OR area as well. The stream will be moving to Eugene in the fall of 2005.
The stream is available to all currently popular media players:
Winamp (preferred)
Real Player
XMMS
iTunes
Windows Media Player 9 or greater
The Central Oregon & Pacific operates the Siskiyou Line from Eugene, OR to Black Butte, CA and the Coos Bay Line from Eugene to Coquille, OR. Formerly operated by Southern Pacific, these lines were leased to CORP parent company Railtex (now RailAmerica) by Southern Pacific before the SP-UP merger. CORP began operations in early 1995 and has been a strong presence in Western Oregon ever since.
Most railfans know CORP best as keeper of what remains of Southern Pacific's once vast network of early-20th century semaphores. Though the railroad is actively working towards replacing these with modern and more reliable systems, many remain on the line today, standing watch as well-maintained GP38s, SD40-3s and modern UP power serve mills and other industries along the line.
Enjoy!!
