[/quote]In case you have forgotten, railroads are what we call a business. They are always looking for bigger and better options. Most cars today are leased any way so what do the Class 1's care if it does not have their name on it. Not trying to upset you. My favorite fell victim to the U.P. It's just that the railroads could not survive doing what you are talking about.
