Hello everyone. I might be moving to NH and I was wondering if there are any Class 1 railroads there. May someone help me?

Well... yes and no! Guilford Transportation operates a number of routes in the southeastern part of the state; most of them more along the lines of spurs than anything really huge, although the old B&M mainline along the coast sees pretty heavy traffic, as well as hosting Amtrak's Downeaster (at least... as long as Amtrak... let's not go there!). Then across the northern part of the state -- up around Berlin -- you have the St. Lawrence and Atlantic (Canadian National) and a Canadian Pacific line, both freight only. Along the Connecticut River, but mostly in Vermont, you have the New England Central (also formerly Canadian National) and, farther north, a short line (not class I).
One of the most interesting aspects of railfanning in New Hampshire, though, is tracing the historical lines -- the state is full of them, all over the place, and seeing the old rights of way and figuring out where they went (and why!) can be fascinating.
