[/quote] I never said ship by first class or demand!!!! You can continue to ship any class you want. I don't care. But why not release the product in waves. Continue to ship 2nd class but conduct a study, look at your data and see who takes longer to receive the product. This forum is a good start. 1st wave = longest delivery time, 2nd wave.....Even out the odds.
