[/quote] Yes, the Milwaukee is gone forever. The same cannot be said for bringing rail competition back to the Northern Tier. As long as those captive shippers experience the price abuses brought about BNSF's rail monopoly in that region, there is always the possibility that Congress will eventually act. Remember, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
