I am watching the Ft. Madison webcam & a long EB double stack came by & actually the head end had reached the bridge to cross the Mississippi when it stopped & then after some minutes began to back up (going WB) & passed by the webcam again. Since the train passed backing up their has been no movements on the trainscon which I would estimate would be 20/30 minutes now.

Nope a WB piggy back is going by now. Wonder why though that doublestack made a back up move like that.

maybe it forgot to collect the $200 after passing go... although, i drove under the 'transcon' today and saw for the first time a train stopped waiting for another one to pass. i thought only UP had a parking lot on the mainline...
