The Mierlo-Hout web cam has eight passenger trains per hour plus occasional freight trains. What I have watched these are per direction: two commuters stopping there, on regional going through, and one ICE train (Amsterdam to Franfort/Main) According to their chat trains can be expected during daytime every hour at 04, 15, 18, 25, 33 45, 48 en 55 min, when on time.
