I don't think it will ever be possible. There are too many variables: There are different types of emulsion/film (panchromatic, orthochromatic, wet plate) each viewing colors differently, emphazising some colors and hiding others. Then there are the local conditions like lighting where the same original color might look differently on a B/W photo.
