The way PTC is being installled is willfull derilection of duty

As I understand it, the railroads choose including. But what would have "working in concert" meant, perhaps a stand-alone PTC with </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:'Arial','sans-serif';">logic interconnection to the existing signaling system?<br /></span>Regards, Volker</div>
