What is the schedule to ferry the MILW 261 from the Twin Cities to Chicago for the June 22 & 23 excursions from that city to Galesburg and Rochelle and what route will it take?

I belive that the 261 heads out of Mpls. on the 19th of June heading to LaCross WI.
It will use BNSF trackage (East side of the Mississippi river) I've been down that route many times. There is a WI. highway next to the tracks for many miles along the Mississippi.

Does anyone know what time 261 will pass thru Rochelle on 6-20-02 ? Also, 261 will make a trip to Rochelle on 6-23, and turn on the Y at Flag Center to return to Chicago. Any times for these moves ? Thanks.

I hope to find the times for the 6/20 ferry move from the Foreman-in-charge of a track order behind my house tonight - check tomorrow. Sunday's trip times from the NRHS web site are depart Chicago at 10:00 AM, Rochelle 11:45 AM, arrive Flagg Center 12:30 PM, Depart Flagg Center 2:00 PM, Rochelle 2:30 PM, arrive Chicago 5:00 PM.

According to the Foreman-in-charge at MP 40.9, the C & I Dispatcher said that as of 7:00 AM this morning the train was expected by MP 40.9 at approximately 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. That would put the train by Rochelle about 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Hope this helps. I know I'll be in my back yard to watch. Wayne Krass Aurora, IL.
