I can certainly agree with that this summer.. CP rail is changing the ties on our local Railroad going and coming from Montreal. This is all but a disaster. 1 of the 2 tracks are closed, so all trains must merge to one track, that resuslts in hour long red signals.. and massive passenger/freight train delays. <br />Cheers, Kev
