As I understood the producers can refinance their investment cost for upgrades through higher rates. Where is the incentive then to save cost?</p> <p>How easy is it to change the power provider?That would the market the consumer has.</p> <p>Here in Germany it is quite easy but we still don't have functioning market.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
