I will not give links to avoid discussions about bias. But google for "social cost of carbon", defined as cost in $ for each additional ton of carbon dioxide for economic damages.</p> <p>If you google for "global greenhouse gas abatement costs" you'll find among others a McKinsey & Company report with the cost of different possible CO2 reduction measures.
