We have much to be thankful for in this great country. Many sacrifices have been made to arrive where we are today.
I saw today a post of FB questioning why we celebrate the "Fourth of July" buy not the "Twenty-fifth of December" among other examples.
Valid question. I'd opine that these days, it's become so much of the lexicon that people use the two interchangeably.
