Transportation for GO transit double decker busses
Posted by Rambo2 on Saturday, December 24, 2022 1:45 PM

I am asuming these busses are being transported by rail from either montreal or halifax since they are built in scotland just how are they delivered to toronto ? We have seen them at the north toronto cn yard. Are there any special routes they take?

The buses are assembled at an ADL plant in Toronto.

They're at 130 Pippin Rd. B in Vaughan, ON, which is 2.6 km from MacMillan Yard..

I don't know... on the map it looks as if the ADL plant is adjacent to the Yard..or perhaps ADL has a parking area next to the Yard where completed buses are staged prior to delivery.
