For those who missed out on winning the Amtrak engine that was on E-bay last week, or if that was just too big for the small garden layout check this one out:

A classic 1943 government GE loco up for sale. It looks like the bidding doesn't start until the end of Feb, but with a starting price of $0 and no reserve, it fits into my price range a lot better [;)].

Happy bidding and for those on the East Coast, hopefully you are digging out safely. It was a balmy 60 [8D] here in Denver today, but don't worry we will get ours in a couple of months (March and April are our snowiest months!).

We have new landlord/owners - and they want to beautify the back yard...so I'm thinking maybe they will go for a Big Boy.....maybe......Larger than life yard ornament?
