Watch CP do an underpass of  its 2 main tracks in 20 hours.  Bridge and tunnel construction is certainly changing.

The only problem is that Whistler, BC is on Canadian National, it is not on Canadian Pacific. They guy who posted it must have worked for a contractor, not the railway.

Note the discussion in the comments by the contractor about post-tensioning the box sections, and the reason for using this method rather than box-jacking.  This would be a logical place to ask about technical details.
