Is wrapping up planning and Engineering and will start construction in the fall.  They expect 30 000 passengers a day. The first attempt was marred by graft and corrupt were a 7 million dollar house was given to a politicos in exchange for the contract and oddly enough the drop in the price oil meant decrease in revenues from Mexico State oil instrests

With the medium income of the average Mexican being less then 3,000.00 a year and no middle class who can afford a ticket. This railroad will be a catalyst for a coup and violent revolution which is typical for Latin America

Not really.  China thinks that they can come into a country and take it over.  They'll find, in the long run, that they can't.  I wish that we would come to the same conclusion, only much sooner.

I don't think they do.  The Chinese have a long history of exerting tributary power over neighbors, but rarely have the interest in taking anything over.  Running China is enough work, without having to saddle yourself governing someone else.  As long as they pay their bills, China's good to go.  It was that way for almost 1600 years for a third of the planet and they're just coming out of a 200 year interlude where it wasn't that way.
