Is the Coast Starlight Being Rerouted over Tehachapi?

I was just wondering, with the closures on UP's Coast Line, is the Coast Starlight being rerouted over Tehachapi Pass, and if so, what stations is it stopping at between LA and Oakland?

See you around the forums,

The Trains Newswire has the info, look at Friday and Monday Newswires. The Coast Starlight is annulled south of Emeryville (Oakland) until further notice owing to slides and washouts.

I heard (on San Francisco news radio KCBS) that it was annulled until January 20th, but who knows how accurate that is.
