FTA:"Meet the Intense Snowblower Built to Clear the Pikes Peak Cog Railway of 10-Foot Drifts"  "It can chew up and spit out 8,400,000 pounds of snow per hour."

ByJames Gilboy November 26, 2020

For those readers who have been following the articles in TRAINS by Jim Wrinn, and in the TRAINS NEWSWire:  Here is a further article from the publication THE DRIVE as noted above. It also includes some detailed photos of the new machine while under construction at the builder.

The article has links within the body to not only, the Newswire story, but an acreditation to a TWITTER story and photo with credit to TRAINS and a link to TRAINS.

The article notes that the final inspection is due within the week; with shipment to follow shortly, along with some of Stadler's new cars for 'The Cog'.

One of the links, about the new 'Summit House' has some photos of what is, apparently, some similar new Stadler cars for the rebuilt line.
