GM Sells Electro-motive!

GM announced that they will be selling their locomotive division in March! I just the other day got to see an Electro-Motive #9012 at the Wayne, Michigan Yards on a local supposedly headed up to the CSX/CP Rail. But, it's still there with an unmarked locomotive. Recent Weather condition have not permitted it to go. But, what really astounded me was that the locomotive was apparently CSX's! They hadent even painted it!

EMD 9012 is an Oakway unit, under lease to BNSF. Oakway is jointly owned by BN and EMD. It's likely home based in Glendive, Mt.
