At the 7:20 mark, as the damaged object passes and the camera pans out, I initially though the placard said ROYAL SH*T. Which is probably the kind of trouble someone on NS is in.

Operating Department communications fail. Probably has a few individuals in the chain of communications that are no longer there thanks to PSR.

OH WELL, bridge 1, transformer 0. 

It was not NS, but the people moving the transformer on low boy truck that screwed up.  All they had to do was somone next to bridge a the trasformer go cloas and tell the driver on the radio it can not fit. back up.  Take the air out of the tires and see if it will fit.  DUMB MOVE.

I am guessing that will be very expensive even though it appears to be minor.  I would not be surprised if they disassemble the whole unit, inspect it, recycle the usable parts, and then build a new one.
