Actually, the quick shot of the white car driving in front of the oncoming train did involve fatalities, and the railfans shooting the video had a close call as well.

Fair enough, I stand corrected.
Mind you, if it was a "blood n' guts" video I never would have posted it to begin with. At least we don't see the carnage in that particular episode, although I don't have too much sympathy for the car's driver. I DO for the train crew.
On one of the train-truck accidents, a sign at the tracks says, "No Trucks".

No apology necessary. I recall when that particular incident occurred, there was a lot of attention given it. The car contained at least four teens, at least two of which died. As I mentioned, the fan shooting the video suffered a close call. He could have been in the path of the car after it was hit were the timing a little different.
If anything, it should serve as a reminder to railfans to consider such possibilities.
I noticed that at least a couple of the videographers were beating a hasty retreat before the train hit the respective vehicle. The train vs truck incidents reminded me of the infamous truck eating bridge in the southeast.
All of that is why I always stop well short of the crossing should a train be approaching or already passing. I think a lot of people don't realize the magnitude of the forces in play when a train is in motion.
