Anyone here know what the ruling grade is on the west side of the pass? I understand that it is around 3% on the east side.
3% either side of Pando (uncompensated)....Spikebuck is well east of there (100 miles), just out of the west side of the Gorge where RRRR/RGCX run to the west end of Parkdale, barely 3 miles into the mothballed territory.
