One line says it all:

"which is to reward investors as quickly as possible through a combination of share buybacks, cost-cutting, rate increases, and a focus on the operating ratio."

Rose can say what the rest of the CEO's really want to say.  PSR is a freaking joke for them to try and implement.  The railroad industry can not be governed by how your next quarter looks.  The IDIOTS on Wall Street need a lesson in long term thinking again.  My boss doesn't think 1 quarter ahead he thinks 1 year ahead minimum for things like fuel engine oil parts contracts his contracts to haul for our customers.  The only short term thing we adjust is the FSC that gets sent on the bill.

Shadow,

I must take exception to the notion that you own a cat(s).  As one who has been owned by a cat(s) for more than 40 years, I know my place.

She knows who controls her food bowel.  She also knows I control her access to her Catnip and when she gets to go outside.  So trust me she knows if she gets out of line she loses 2 out of the 3 listed.
