C&O used Chessie and Peake as part of their advertising and public image for decades.

Just one more reason to like the Chessie.. I miss seeing their colorful locomotives up here. Up until about 1990 Chessie GP30s and GP35s were a common sight on power short CP.. Who says a cat and a beaver can't work together..

Anybody can work with a cat.  Just as long as you know who is boss!  And it ain't you!  

I have been bossed around by one or more cats for decades.  I would not have it any other way.

   And one thing cats are really good at is relaxing.   I find it relaxing just to watch a cat relaxing.
