     I liked this. There were many good shots to choose from. I actually had to do a double take on Brian Hanel’s and Andrew Townsend’s photos to see if they were taken in my city. The tracks and the backgrounds seemed very familiar.

There's a spot downtown where the old IC tracks just kind of dive into the landscaping just before 6th street. About 10 years ago they tried to blow up the old Zip Feed mill accross the street and failed. Once they tore it down, it was replaced with an office building called Cherapa Place. At first glance, I really thought your photo was of that spot while Cherapa Place construction was just starting.

I went with Brain Hanel's photo.  It's an excellent example of what happens after the line is abandoned.

I voted yesterday morning then looked at the voting results.  I was amazed that all of you folk had voted with me; my choice had 100% of the vote!

I was impressed with your collective taste.  That is, until I looked at the results more closely.  It turned out that I was the first one to vote.
