Just took a walk around Bethelhams Intermodal Yard aka the Lehigh Valley Industrail Park. Dozens of Free Trade Zone warehouses next to the yard very busy placea and lots of jobs. Seems well thought out unlike CSX New Baltimore Yard which exists in a vacume in a corn field.

Different business purposes for the carriers that built them.  One is a 'serving' yard.  The other is a 'hump' yard.

Forget Amazon's drone delivery fantasies, current FAA rules prohibit commercial drone operation out of sight of the operator and that's not likely to change anytime soon.

Maybe, maybe not.  It's not AirBnB and Uber are legal operations in all the places they operate today.

And London England just ended Uber's license to operate pending a legal appeal.
