Picked up days late, moved slowly, and perhaps vengefully delayed, if Murray's complaints reflect actual CSX execution and attitude.

I started chuckling at the idea that a CEO on an investor's call would voluntarily raise complaints about ongoing problems or increased inherent risk in transportation.
