Which railroad and County ?  I suspect there are several Susquehanna Townships in PA, along both the East and West branches of the Susquehanna River, from its headwaters in the northcentral and northeast portions (respectively) down the center to Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay . . .

Looks like the Harrisburg area - I only got back one Susquehanna Twp.  That would likely make it NS...

There are two Chicago - Croxton TOFC trains a day, perhaps more...but

20E departs Chicago around 630am and typically will have 100 - 150 TOFC and COFC (single and double stack).  This train is makes a setoff/pickup in Rutherford and is due in to Croxton at 10am.

20K departs Chicago around 2pm and will be considerably smaller with 40 - 60 TOFC/COFC.  This train makes a set off at Bethlehem and is due into Croxton at 7pm.

22W departs Chicago at 7pm and is due into Rutherford at 6pm with an intermediate stop at Pittcarin.

20E and 22W are heavy UPS trains both trailers and containers, typically with 20 - 30 of Big Brown in the consist while 20K seems to be heavy refer trailers, such as Marten, Alliance and others.

Another way of differentiating these are that 20k typically has 2 motors while 20E and 22W will have 3 big motors.

My guess and only a guess is it was 20k, based on the time of the day and consist.

All three of these are very high priority NS intermodal trains.
