I wanna B&O CPL
Posted by choochin3 on Sunday, December 12, 2004 11:00 PM
CSX is replacing the old color position lights around the Baltimore area.
I would like to have one for my train room,so my question is who would I need to contact at CSX to arrange to buy one of theese signals?
I know they are just scrapping them,so I would probably offer them the scrap value for one.
And I don't want a HOT one either.[:D]
Thanx, Carl T.

My guess is to ask the csx mow department or if you find one that is scrapped ask the scrap company. good luck

Just be aware, once they are considered scrap, they won't be treating them with kid gloves. I watched them drop a Pennsy position light signal on the ground and smash all the lenses and bend up the conduits and shades. So much for being able to take home a trophy from that project.
