Suicide belt?  I don't know Sam, but anything's possible. ISIS is no friend of the Iranian regime, in addition to everyone else they hate in that part of the world.  If it was an ISIS attack I'm not so sure the Iranians would want to admit it, it's "Game of Thrones" between those two.

I saw this report on TV.

There was said to be a collision between a freight train stopped at a siding and the passenger train. There were no signs of a freight train although there was an EMD roadswitcher visible in the aerial views, which might have been the power for either train. The coach on fire had clearly been involved in a collision at its trailing(?) end. It may have had LP gas tanks for a kitchen or buffet.
