I gave money to my Freinds of The Library on the condition that they subscribe to trains. The Librarian told me that they dont have the code because the subscription service that libraries use does not allow or have access to the online premium portions of magazines. How do i fix this?
Sounds like that's between you and the library and its subscription service. Unless someone here has an in on such arrangments....

I run into this problem all the time in major public libraries like Richmond and Roanoke VA. Magazines that have onlice access only allow individules and not instututions to have access on online reader contents

Is it the library's public computers you use to access this forum?
Yes I use Library but there is a pay wall on certain portions of the Trains website
