Since Pueblo, CO is "home" now, I've spent a little bit of time exploring the areas around me. It's been a couple of years since I was out on the Towner Line and thought I'd spend some time out there. I've got a few more photos to scan, but I really liked this image:Old Signals - Towner Line Near Haswell, CO by Chris May, on Flickr

Chris, Excellent!
Ah, if only the signals were still in service--but there is nothing you could possibly do about that.

All of the wireing was stripped from these and from the pole line several years ago.
But still another great photo from our Colorado photographer.
Thanks for the posting. It brings back memories. In 1964 my family made trip to Pueblo (from Southern Illinois) for family vacation. We rode the MoPac and would have passed by the FOV of the photo. Not sure if the signal was there at that time (probably not), but the memories of the ride 52 years ago persist.

Good to get the ex-MP Towner line documented while we still have it.
