Where is the St Louis map and Cummins diesel article?

The articles were originally listed in the “ Coming Issue” ad for the Trains June 2016 issue, published on page 63 of the May 2016 issue.  Unfortunately, the articles had to be rescheduled.

 

The St. Louis Map of the Month is now scheduled for the October 2016 issue.  The Cummins' testing article will be in a future Locomotive column, however, this has not yet been scheduled for a specific issue at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I just picked up my copy of the June issue.

Since I'd read it as an E magazine, I wasn't concerned about the contents.

However, the May issue had been posted in Australia (not unreasonable, the delivery address is in Australia) with a code SYDD on the address sheet, and a subscriber number that the on line system didn't recognise.

The June issue was posted in the United Kingdom, had no return address, had the four letter code GXSS and an entirely different subscriber number...

The May issue indicated "TRN EXP 01/17"

The June issue indicated "RA JAN 17"

The shipping company name was the same.

But it looks like at least some of us got new subscriber numbers...
