A question for you. Why would CSX upgrade or replace a spur merely because New Venture has bbeen sold? It seems to me that unless there is a fundamental change in the business of NVG or the new owner truly wants to use rail upgrading of a spur would be unlikely. Also, typically, industries own spurs beyond the clearance point and are responsible for their maintenance, so it is unlikely a CSX employee would have specific knowledge about any repair or upgrade of such a spur. <br /> <br />LC
