Today, Acela is the best.... Amtrak offers..... Of course, just about every light rail system built in America is almost an equal..... But, then again, outside Acela, Amtrak service is near rock bottom..... outside the Starlight's wine and cheese tasting, the rest of the jewels have been eliminated: the free chocolate chip cookies, chocolate fudge bars, the mints, and fresh fruit.....one used to get a sliced orange and/or sliced cantelope in the diner for breakfast.....today's Amtrak is fruit free in the diner unless you ask for the apple pie......
