Standard Electronic Module (SEM) Format E.

RF:  Radio Frequency

Can't help you with TSEC.

What it all comes down to is that what used to fit in a suitcase now fits in your jewelry box (or less).

A SEM-E module is a little over half an inch thick and a little less than 5x7 in footprint, as it were.  (I will look for the actual specification and add it if I can find it.)

TSEC is "Transmission SECurity" and means cryptographic methods to protect the transmission process, as opposed to MSEC "Message SECurity" which protects the data being passed.  There are TSEC aspects to GPS as used in military applications.

Here is a Rockwell product page on a SEM-E GPS module, with some size information.  Most of the features and benefits are incomprehensible to those not in the field, but they are pretty interesting.  Lots of horsepower in a small package.
