NYSW paint schemes

Seems to me that there were about 20 B40-8s in NYSW black and yellow that were financed by CSX and were assigned to the D&H. This was during the time that NYSW, CP and some other railroads were looking to purchase the D&H. When CP got the D&H, the B40-8s were returned to CSX and repainted into their owners colors. Susie-Q also owned four B40-8s built in the late '80s. Until now, I didn't know some of them were sold to the P&W. Must have had to do with being the only GEs on an EMD dominated roster. <br />By the way- why did the NYSW purchase some GP20s?
