If you are just looking for regular old operating procedures, as mentioned above, a regular old rule book is the best thing to get, IMHO. If you can't find one, here's a link to the Canadian Operating Rules, it's not exactly the same as the US, but many aspects are very similar. http://www.tc.gc.ca/railway/Rules/CRORprint.htm [#welcome]
