If you mean "Was there a UP bicentennial painted locomotive?", I think overmod answered your question, unless someone else is aware of another example. On the other hand, if you are asking if UP has celebrated a bicentennial, the answer is not for another 40-50 years (You can look up when UP was created and add 200 years yourself). It was later repainted back into regular SP paint and renumbered to SP 3100. The locomotive currently belongs to the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris, CA, and is operated regularly in passenger service at the museum. Judd Edit: I should emphisize that the locomotive is currently in regular SP paint... not the bicentennial color scheme.
