Broken knuckles in inconvenient places

What <span style="text-decoration:underline;">do</span> you do about closing the anglecock if it is out on a long trestle with no catwalk? What does the company say you should do?</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">I could see the possibility of dragging some cars off the trestle with the brakes on, but that seems pretty iffy. Would a railroad company permit that solution to the problem?
