All I am saying is that I do not believe that there is a consensus in the railroad industry that they will refrain from fighting the PTC mandate because they need the strength to fight re-regulation. It sounds plausible, but what is the basis of this conclusion? </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">I don't discount anything that Ed Hamberger said. </span></p>
