If anything, he is just the “canary in the coal mine” for a larger, more universal trend in new regulation. What many people fail to understand is that the motive for government regulation is the regulation itself. Regulations build empires for the regulators. Adding new regulations to a prosperous industry is like harvesting a crop.</span></p>
