Provocative PTC Article in Popular Science Magazine

<p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">A much better approach than this impossible mandate would be for the government to create a publically funded <span style="text-decoration:underline;">U.S Bureau of PTC Development</span> (USBPTCD). They are always anxious to fund research in the public interest. Who better to perform this complicated task at the lowest possible cost?</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana,geneva;font-size:small;">Then once the government perfects PTC ready for implementation, the railroads will be required to implement it. Wouldn’t this be the most streamlined approach to this complex matter? </span> </p>
