I suggest buying into shares of hydroelectric and copper now. You'll be a millionaire later when the big grades get catenary MILW-style, starting with smog-choked Cajon and Beaumont. It's gonna reach the point where the added cost of new electric locos and the time it takes to swap power at end-of-wire will be nothing compared to the cost of oil.
