Good Morning All

Well today is again . . . my Monday. [:(]

Chris [^]

Potato Salad is easy to make. Just boil your potatoes, boil some eggs (hard boiled), dice you cooled potatoes into bite sized chunks, dice the eggs, add pickle relish (I use sweet relish), and add mayonnaise. That is a basic potato salad. You can add many other things to suit your taste such as a diced apple, celery, bacon bits, some people add mustard, and you can even add a small package of green peas and carrots to give it a little color. Some people actually ma***he potatoes and have mashed potatoe salad. It is ok too.

You can make a macaroni salad pretty much the same way, or a pasta salad too. Both of these are good also. Actually a pasta salad sounds pretty good right now. [:p]

Somehow I knew that CW would have the top of the page today. Congrats CW [:)] .

One time when I worked as a cook in a restaurant we made a Monte Christo sandwich. The odd thing about this sandwich was that it was dipped in a egg batter and cooked over the fire just before serving. Another thing I had to make was a "Chick" [:D] [:o)] [:D] Pea salad. Don't worry MC, your safe on this one. Some of you probally know Chick Peas as Garbanzo Beans. [:)] They are a marble sized brown peas that are very dry. I always pass on eating a Chick Pea salad.

Well Everyone Take Care
