CW, I'm so sorry for your loss, but it's a great feeling to see you back to the usual, however, I must now insist we prepare for you some of our faves. So sit down and relax! You've been through quite enough and deserve a break. <br /> <br />How does shrimp with homemade horseradish in cocktail sauce sound for an appetizer? Main dish is beer chicken over hickory, cooled and sliced in a white rice pilaf. Baby spinach decor, sauteed green and red peppers with onions. I know it's going into the morning on the east coast, but this would be great for a 4 O' Clock dinner. Actually ... come to think of it, this would make a pretty good breakfast. <br /> <br />Kick your shoes off. You're at home here.
