Full moon and thunderstorm. Although upon further review, I should have voted for Jordan or perhaps Frank. I guess I got too excited.
I opted for John Troxler's shot. How many times have we struggled to make out the details of a passing train in a dark night? He has captured that feeling exceedingly well.

I voted for Alex Mayes shot of the collection of historic 'covered wagons'...what's not to like about that. After voting, I was quite surprised that it had received the fewest votes of any of the submissions. It must be that 'eye of the beholder' thing.

I don't usually vote or comment on these, although I always like looking at and apriciate the great photography, I must say Frank Orona's shot is just awsome!!!!
Went with Jordan’s shot of the bridge….the navigation lights reflected on the water with the “just at dusk” colors catch the eyes better than the others, and the shot is unique because of that.
